This interface allows you to take advantage of the Sage Abra HR benefit plan attributes. Let Sage Abra do the work of calculating the benefits and deductions.
Additionally, it allows a very streamlined matrix-driven time entry process that combines with the Sage Abra HR information for earnings, benefits, and deductions. Within the interface, calculations may also be made for earnings from secondary jobs, which carry a different rate than the employee’s Sage MIP single pay rate. Clients have indicated that this product has provided them with significantly increased streamlining of operations by cutting their time with the payroll product by at least half.
This application also synchronizes the employee demographic data between the two products, thereby eliminating the need for duplicate input.
Ultimately, the interface electronically transfers all data into Sage MIP for both regular timesheets, as well as distribution codes. Once that process is complete, the user simply calculates payroll, and completes the process of payroll preparation.

This product is a true web time entry that allows your employees to enter time at their desks via the web. This work may be accomplished either through a “clock-in, clock-out” methodology, or simply entering the time to a task(s) on a daily basis. The product also allows entry via time clock utilizing card swipe, finger or thumb-print readers, or any other entry device that is available in the marketplace.
The system has security structure that is user-definable, where employees may only enter time to the departments/grants that are set for them, providing a great system of data integrity assurance.
Time must be approved by the organization-defined supervisor prior to transmission into the interface that ultimately electronically creates the Sage MIP timesheets.
Once the time entry work is complete, and the approvals are in place, you simply transfer the timesheets into MIP Payroll and calculate the payroll.

This application allows time data entry into a matrix-driven time entry system. A drop-down box allows the user to input the direct-charge hours by work area for later transfer into the payroll distribution codes.
A significant feature of this addon product is the retention of all of the various pay rates under which an employee may work, providing the ability to easily accommodate the employee who works two jobs with two different rates. This ability, combined with the ease of data entry of total hours, and direct charge hours adds significant value to the organization needing to allocate hours to grants, programs, and other activities, as well as to pay employees based on different rates for different jobs.
On one screen, you have access to all attributes for an employee, and may utilize an interface that operates much like Windows Explorer to navigate between the various attributes that are required for time entry – i.e. earnings, benefits, deductions, work comp, and leave.

This application seamlessly integrates your Sage Abra Payroll information into Sage MIP Fund Accounting General Ledger. You have the choice of bringing your data into Sage MIP in Summary or Detail.
You decide if you would like to use Sage Abra’s org levels or Sage MIP distribution codes for the spreading of costs to the various programs, departments and/or locations. The interface will handle both types of payroll input.
You may accrue all or part of your Sage Abra payroll to a prior period. If you do forward accruals, the interface will also accommodate this type of transfer and will automatically create the reversing entities.
Payroll earnings, deductions, and benefits are allocated to your various grants, programs, locations or other attributes in your Sage MIP Fund Accounting system. This is a huge time-saver.

This tool connects reports to your Sage MIP database for the purpose of providing information from fields within the database that are not made available through the Sage MIP internal report writer.
Any report that you need may be created in Crystal Reports, and once that report is set into the appropriate sub-directory on your system, the tool connects to the database and provided the output information provided within the report.
